A Freehold residential development site in a very popular village location having the benefit of planning permission for 1 four bedroomed and 1 three bedroomed detached house
Location & Description
An interesting Freehold development site situated on the eastern side of the popular village of Pendock.
Forming approximately half of a larger development site this plot extends to approximately 0.25 acres and has the benefit of planning permission, granted on appeal, for two detached houses (one four bedroomed and one three bedroomed).
The village of Pendock is set in delightful rural location close to the Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire borders. The village has a good range of local facilities which include a church, post office/store and a primary school. Pendock is within easy access of the towns of Ledbury, Malvern and Tewkesbury and approximately 11 miles from the city of Gloucester. Junction 2 of the M50 is approximately 3 miles and both Ledbury and Malvern have main line railway stations.
Planning permission, subject to conditions, was granted on appeal on the 8th November 2016 . Appeal Ref: APP/J1860/W/16/3155541. Original application Ref: 15/01776/FUL. Copies of the decision notice and other relevant documents can be inspected at the Agents Ledbury office.
It should be noted that the original site for which the planning consent was granted (for four new dwellings) extends to approximately 0.5 acres. However the vendor is retaining approximately half of the site.
Applicants are advised to make their own enquiries as to the availablity of services and suitabilty for connection to the site.
We are advised subject to legal verification that the site is Freehold.
